As a tea enthusiast and a firm believer in sustainability, I have always felt a deep connection to the environment. With Earth Day approaching, it’s important to reflect on the actions we can take to protect our planet. As a small business owner, I am constantly striving to minimize my environmental impact and find ways to give back to the earth. That’s why I am thrilled to announce that this year, I will be supporting Earthjustice, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment through legal action.

But why should a tea company care about the environment? It’s simple, tea is a gift from the earth. Every element of tea production, from the soil and water used to grow the plants to the bees that pollinate them, is intertwined with our planet's delicate ecosystem. As a tea company, we recognize that it's our responsibility to be mindful of our impact on the environment and strive to minimize any negative effects.

For centuries, tea has been used as a symbol of harmony with nature and a way to connect with the natural world. It’s a beverage that encourages us to slow down, savor the moment, and appreciate the world around us. It only seems fitting that we should do our part to protect the environment that provides us with this wonderful beverage.

That’s why I have chosen to support Earthjustice this year by donating 50% of all our profits made this Earth Day weekend (4/21 - 4/24). Earthjustice is a non-profit organization that uses the power of the law to protect our environment and fight for a sustainable future. They work to ensure that our air and water are clean, our wildlife is protected, and our natural resources are conserved for future generations.
